Kaltz Local Government Directory

BASE has negotiated free online access to the Kaltz Local Government Directory for its supported business members. The Directory lists all Procurement Officers across the UK local government sector.

Part of the initiative towards achieving best value is the sharing of best practice, which is basically the effective communications between one public sector organisation and another.

Kaltz manage communications directories for the NHS, Education sector, Local Councils and for all areas of the Emergency Services which assist public sector purchasing staff to reference details of their counterparts in other councils across the UK. Local council director and management hierarchies are researched by Kaltz with the co-operation of every council in the UK.

The Local Government Procurement Directory is updated each December when 20,000 copies are distributed nationally across the 468 councils, but it is now available online to supported businesses that are paid members of BASE. These directories represent an excellent marketing resource.
