There are more than one million unemployed people with disabilities nationwide. Our focus is on helping them gain and sustain rewarding employment both with organisations such as ASDA, BT, Royal Mail and Xerox, as well as within our own businesses. 

We are one of the UK's leading providers of employment services and employment to people experiencing complex barriers to work. Through working with many leading employers and through our own businesses, we enable individuals to identify, develop and make the most of their abilities to enjoy rewarding and fulfilling work.

Our wide range of employment services are tailored to the needs of employers and jobseekers, and employees experiencing long term sickness absence. Services include development, training, learning and rehabilitation to help individuals prepare for, gain and remain in sustainable work, whilst providing employers with the skilled staff they need to realise commercial benefits.
